塩田千春 SHIOTA Chiharu
塩田 千春（しおた ちはる、1972年-）は、ベルリン在住の現代美術家。大阪府岸和田市出身。2010年度より京都精華大学客員教授。 大阪府立港南造形高等学校卒業。京都精華大学洋画科卒業。1993年からオーストラリア国立大学（ANU）キャンベラスクールオブアートに交換留学生として留学。1996年、ハンブルク美術大学（HfbK）に入学。1997年から99年まで、ブラウンシュバイク美術大学（HBK）にてマリーナ・アブラモヴィッチに師事。1999年から2003年までベルリン芸術大学（UDK）にてレベッカ・ホーンに師事する。 2008年には、平成19年度 芸術選奨新人賞、平成19年度 咲くやこの花賞 美術部門受賞。 2015年には第56回ヴェネチア・ビエンナーレ国際美術展で日本代表に選出され「掌の鍵」を日本館で展示した。 金沢21世紀美術館には『記憶の部屋』という旧ベルリンの窓を集めて作った作品がある。 Chiharu Shiota (geb. 20. Mai 1972 in der Präfektur Osaka) ist eine japanische Installations- und Performance-Künstlerin. Sie lebt seit 1996 in Berlin. 2015 vertrat sie Japan während der Venedig Biennale. Chiharu Shiota (塩田 千春 Shiota Chiharu) (born 1972) is a Japanese installation artist. She has been living and working in Berlin since 1996. Shiota was born in Osaka. She studied at the Kyoto Seika University in Kyoto and at various schools in Germany.
