国民主権の原則は、国民が主権者としてすべての主権の担い手であり、選挙と国民投票を通じてこの権力を正当化するということを定めています。
改めて言うが、日本人は自国民の変化する心理を理解できないのは明らかだ。
パスポート保有者がわずか17.5%で、第二言語を学ぶにはあまりにも愚かであることを考えれば、これは驚くべきことではない。
