変態社会にっぽん (7) ：有毒な文化・トキシック文化 Perverted Society Japan (7): Toxic Culture
本日のNHKニュース。
にっぽん男、こんなもんです。
40年以上にっぽんに住んでいる私としては、驚きはしません。
忘れてはならないのは、男たちは母親から教育を受けるので、にっぽんの女性にも責任の一端があるということです。
社会化されている若者は親、学校、友人、漫画、アニメ、音楽、映画、文学、テレビ、インターネットなどから影響、教育されています。
にっぽんの男たち、差別的な言葉を使うことに何の躊躇もなく、この有害な文化・トキシック文化がにっぽん社会に蔓延しています。
過去40年間、にっぽんの家庭がうまくいかなかった理由の一つは、坂井満のような男がいるからです。
坂井満は「どう見てもお前の方が野良犬やんけ」といった言葉を平然と口にするにっぽんの男。
「お前、授乳中なんだから、俺のビジネスパートナーにはなれない」といった言葉を平然と口にするにっぽんの国際活躍中、村上隆。(1)
このにっぽんの有毒な文化・トキシック文化がこれからも続き、変態社会にっぽんの象徴であると言えるではないか。

Japanese men are just like this.
Having lived in Japan for over 40 years, I’m not surprised.
What mustn’t be forgotten is that men are educated by their mothers, so Japanese women also bear some responsibility.
Young people undergoing socialisation are influenced and educated by parents, schools, friends, manga, anime, music, films, literature, television, the internet, and so forth.
Japanese men use discriminatory language without the slightest hesitation, and this harmful, toxic culture is rampant throughout Japanese society.
One reason Japanese households have struggled over the past 40 years is the existence of men like SAKAI Mitsuru 坂井満.
SAKAI Mitsuru 坂井満 is the kind of Japanese man who casually utters phrases like, ‘You look more like a stray dog than anything else, don’t you?’
MURAKAMI Takashi 村上隆, the internationally active, well-kown Japanese artist, is the kind who nonchalantly says things like, ‘You’re lactating, you can’t be my business partner.’ (1)
This toxic culture in Japan will surely persist, serving as a symbol of Japan’s perverted society.

Family to be paid 150 million yen for “power harassment by president” that caused suicide

The family of a female new employee working for a cosmetics manufacturer claimed that her suicide was caused by power harassment by the company’s president. As a result of mediation, the Tokyo District Court ruled that the company should admit responsibility, apologize, and pay 150 million yen.
The decision also included the unusual provision that the president should resign.
According to the family’s lawyers, Satomi, who joined D-UP, a cosmetics manufacturer headquartered in Tokyo’s Minato Ward, in April 2021, was scolded for a long time during a meeting with the company president in December of that year, with people telling her, “Don’t underestimate adults,” and was diagnosed with depression and took a leave of absence.
Satomi then attempted suicide and died two years ago at the age of 25 without regaining consciousness. Her parents filed a lawsuit against the company and the president, claiming that the president’s power harassment was the cause.
The trial moved to mediation, and on the 9th, Judge Matsushita Emi of the Tokyo District Court ruled that the company should acknowledge that the president’s power harassment led to the suicide, offer a deep apology, and pay 150 million yen.
The decision also included the unusual provision that the company’s president resign, and according to the company, President Mitsuru Sakai stepped down as of the 10th.
The decision was finalized with no objections from either party.
At the press conference, Satomi’s sister said, “I wanted the president to apologize while she was still alive. Satomi was a hard worker and worked hard at what she loved. I hope people will stop crushing people who are working hard, and I hope that society will become more caring and supportive.”

“自殺の原因 社長のパワハラ” 1億5000万円支払いへ 遺族は

化粧品メーカーで働いていた新入社員の女性が自殺したのは社長のパワハラが原因だと遺族が訴えたのに対し、東京地方裁判所は調停の結果、会社側が責任を認めて謝罪し、1億5000万円を支払うとする決定を出しました。
決定には、社長が辞任するという異例の内容も盛り込まれました。
遺族の弁護士などによりますと、東京・港区に本社がある化粧品メーカー、「ディー・アップ」に2021年4月に入社した里実さんは、この年の12月、社長との面談で長時間にわたって「大人をなめるなよ」などと叱責され、うつ病と診断されて休職したということです。
その後、里実さんは自殺を図り、意識が戻らないままおととし25歳で亡くなり、両親は社長のパワハラが原因だと主張して、会社と社長に賠償を求める訴えを起こしました。
裁判は調停の手続きに移行し、9日、東京地方裁判所の松下絵美裁判官は、会社側が社長のパワハラが自殺につながったことを認めて深く謝罪し、1億5000万円を支払うとする決定を出しました。
また、決定には、社長が辞任するという異例の内容が盛り込まれ、会社によりますと10日付けで坂井満社長が退任しました。
決定は双方が異議申し立てをせず確定しました。
会見で里実さんの姉は「生きている間に社長に謝ってほしかったです。里実は頑張り屋さんで、好きなことに一生懸命でした。頑張っている人を潰すようなことはやめてほしいし、温かく見守る社会になってほしいです」と話していました。
「ディー・アップ」 坂井社長が退任したこと明らかに
「ディー・アップ」は会社のホームページにコメントを発表し、「亡くなられた元従業員とご遺族に対して衷心よりおわび申し上げます」と謝罪した上で、10日付けで坂井満社長が退任したことを明らかにしました。
そして、再発防止に向けて▽ハラスメント防止規定の見直しや、▽管理職や全社員向けの研修の実施、▽社外の相談・通報窓口の開設など必要な措置を講じるとして、「社内体制や職場環境の見直しと改善に取り組んでまいります」としています。
里実さんに人格否定の発言も
遺族の弁護士などによりますと、里実さんは2021年4月に化粧品メーカーの「ディー・アップ」に入社し、半年後に営業部に配属されました。
しかし、この年の12月、上司とのトラブルが生じ、里実さんは社長と面談するよう指示されました。
面談では社長から、およそ50分にわたって「お前、大人をなめるなよ」とか「1回帰っていいよ、自宅待機」などと叱責され、「世の中でいう野良犬っていうんだよ」と人格を否定する発言もされたということです。
2022年1月、里実さんはうつ病と診断されて休職しましたが、半年間の休職期間が終わると、退職扱いにされたということです。
この年の8月、里実さんは自宅で自殺を図り、一命をとりとめたものの意識が戻らないままおととし10月に25歳で亡くなりました。
去年5月、労働基準監督署は、社長の言動はパワハラにあたり、うつ病の発症と死亡との間に因果関係が認められるとして、労災に認定しました。
そしてことし5月、会社側から謝罪を含めた和解が提案され、裁判は調停の手続きに移行していました。
母親「里実は悪くなかったよ」
裁判所の決定が確定したことを受けて、里実さんの両親と姉がNHKのインタビューに応じました。
遺族によりますと、里実さんは明るい性格で、高校生のころから化粧品に興味を持ち始め、大学生のころに書いていた日記には「30歳には自分の化粧品会社をつくる」という夢をつづっていました。
就職活動では複数の化粧品メーカーの採用面接を受け「化粧品の開発にも関わりたい」との思いから「ディー・アップ」への入社を決めたということです。
入社が決まった際の里実さんについて、母親は「自分が思った会社に採用してもらえて本当に喜んでいました。薬局に一緒に行ったときに会社の商品を手に取って、『弊社の商品です。手に取って見てください。よいものだと分かっていただけると思います』と笑顔で話していました」と振り返りました。
しかし、里実さんは入社から8か月後、社長から面談の中で長時間にわたって叱責され、「野良犬」などと人格を否定するような発言もされたということです。
この日、帰宅した里実さんは、両親に対して「社長に野良犬って言われちゃった。ごめんね。私が野良犬だと、ママやパパも野良犬って言われたってことだよね」と話したといいます。
里実さんはうつ病と診断されて休職し、自宅で涙を流すこともたびたびありましたが、家族に対しては明るく接していたといいます。
ただ、姉にLINEで「精神的にしんどい」とか「とりあえずじっとしている」などとメッセージを送ることもあり、姉は「つらい思いを話さない人なので、初めてでした。症状が重かったのだと思います」と話しました。
裁判所の決定を受けて父親は「会社をいくら憎んでも里実が帰ってくるわけではありません。将来の新入社員のためにも二度とこういうことがないようにしてもらえたらと切に願っています」と話していました。
母親は「里実は悪くなかったよ、正しかったよ、間違っていなかったよという結果だと思います」と話していました。
