Paranoid, hypocrite MURAKAMI Takashi must take on the world. Next up: the 'Order of Culture' from the Emperor and his Superflat museum

As previously suggested in the text “The whole world, including NHK, is paying close attention to the Star Wars ‘Lucas Museum’, which houses MURAKAMI Takashi’s “Miss Ko²,” one of Japan’s most iconic works of art” three weeks ago, the moment has arrived for the artists ARAKI Nobuyoshi, MURAKAMI Takashi, and AIDA Makoto to receive the ‘Order of Culture’ from the Emperor (in Araki’s case, immediately).
It is high time for Murakami’s masterpiece *Ko²-chan* to be added to the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo. What are you waiting for, those in charge in Tokyo? Wake up! Now that nude performances in New York practicing KUSAMA Yayoi has received the Japanese Order of Culture from the Emperor, it is fitting to also award the Order of Culture to ARAKI Nobuyoshi, MURAKAMI Takashi, and AIDA Makoto. This award must be presented immediately to Araki, a top artist and star of national and global stature and who was a vital kindred spirit to Kusama!!!

As we all know, Murakami has undergone a significant transformation in his output as an artist, returning to his “roots” at Tokyo University of the Arts. As a former student of KAYAMA Matazō, he creates massive new *Nihonga* paintings with the aid of computers and artificial intelligence.
Today, I can claim with a clear conscience that Murakami is not a contemporary conceptual artist, but rather a primitive, conservative Japanese *Nihonga* painter.
In this context, like SUGIMOTO Hiroshi, he is working towards one day receiving the ‘Order of Culture’ from the Emperor. Sugimoto’s conservative attitude and statements provide clear evidence of this: ‘Promoting national prestige through culture’.

HIER NOCH JAPANISCH rein und bild
Since Murakami’s official residence is no longer in New York or Tokyo but in Kyoto, plans are slowly but surely taking shape for a ‘Superflat Museum’ to be built in Kyoto. As his art collection at the Yokohama Museum has shown, he is devoting all his energy to realising his own museum. I expect this museum project to be carried through within the next five years.
My personal opinion of MURAKAMI Takashi will not change.
I consider him to be paranoid, a hypocrite in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Pathetic, toxic MURAKAMI, who shouts, rages childishly loud for attention, always puking in his paintings, complaining constantly about his self-inflicted miseries.

In typical Japanese fashion, he initiates projects that operate on the principle: “It’ll work out somehow; good enough is fine.”

And he doesn’t realize that he has a powerful guardian angel abroad: François Pinault, the owner of Christie’s.

Pinault regularly buys up his works (not the Japanese). Without the Frenchman, Murakami’s Kaikai Kiki Co., Ltd. would have gone bankrupt long ago; the company suffers from an extremely high employee turnover rate. Most of the female workers leave the company after a short time. It’s just a toxic atmosphere with a paranoid Murakami. And the salespeople at Kaikai Kiki — who have to sell Murakami’s prints for 250,000 Yen — also know that his prints are available at auctions for 40,000 Yen.
“Superflat” is a scam, a term that shouldn’t be taken seriously and lacks any foundation, basis in art history. “Superflat” is entirely unsubstantiated, unsupported by Japanese art-historical scholarship.
See Tim Blum’s “statement”. Quote from my text:
“Since Mr. Blum had no expert knowledge about the genre of painting or the art history of painting, he was surprised to see a bright tableaux by Murakami, executed with cheap acrylic colours.
As everyone knows, there are almost no brushstrokes in acrylic, quick-drying, painting.
Blum, who had the thick brushstrokes of oil painting in mind, obviously called the tableaux, created as illustration, “super flat”.
Murakami liked Blum’s cool, catchy remark: “super flat”.”

Murakami has deliberately and repeatedly trumpeted this false, misleading term — day in and day out — until even the most ignorant hack abroad has adopted the word “Superflat”. This situation must be described as scandalous. It must be strongly emphasized here that the professional competence of the staff at the future ‘Superflat Museum’ must be called into question.
Murakami speculates that the city of Kyoto will one day pay for the upkeep of the Superflat Museum. A scandal that makes us — Japanese and non-Japanese alike — want to throw up.
