腐敗した文化：なぜ自民党のマフィア的泥沼がこの大臣を即座に飲み込まなければならないのか！

もう我慢の限界だ！日本の文部科学省で起きていることは、単なる過ちでも、「政治的素養の欠如」でもなく、ましてや孤立した事例などではない。それは、何十年もの間、寄生虫のようにこの国を吸い尽くしてきた自民党のマフィア的構造を持つシステムの醜い正体なのだ。とりわけ、与党の悪名高い「ウラガネ」闇資金の泥沼に首まで浸かっている関吉弘という人物が、文化・教育の最高責任者に任命されたことなど、まさに絶対的な恥辱であり、誠実な市民一人ひとりに対する顔面への平手打ちに他ならない！
この露骨で嫌悪感を催す事実を直視しよう。このいわゆる大臣は、国会の公的施設を悪用し、マフィア並みの98％という利益率を誇る違法な献金パーティーを開催している。これは「政治活動」などではなく、組織犯罪さながらの違法なビジネスモデルだ！ロビイストからの巨額の隠れ献金で懐を肥やすために公的施設を独占する者は、構造的な贈収賄と腐敗の典型そのものです。ここでは、関係者が、後に数十億規模の公的助成金の配分を決定する人物に対して、影響力を金で買っているのです！
最も深刻なのは、関が単独犯ではないという点だ。彼は、自民党の汚職政治という腐敗した仕組みの中で、完璧に機能する歯車に過ぎない。この政党においては、組織的な資金横領、財務報告書の改ざん、そして賄賂の受け取りが、どうやら「常識」となっているようだ。関氏が「十分に学んでいなかった」という情けない言い訳は、指導部全体のマフィア的なメンタリティを露呈している。法律は下っ端にのみ適用され、エリート層は法の及ばない領域で好き勝手に振る舞っているのだ。
これは耐え難いほどの倒錯だ。次世代の道徳的・倫理的教育を主導すべき省庁が、その金銭的慣行がギャング組織の不正行為を彷彿とさせる人物によって率いられているのだ。この男が、今後どうして生徒や教師、あるいは懸命に働く文化人たちに、品行方正さや規則遵守を求められるというのか。自身のやり方が疑わしいカルト団体の手口と何ら変わらないというのに、この道徳的に破綻した自民党の要人が、どうしてそのような団体の不正を摘発できるというのか？
この恥知らずな私利私欲の姿勢には、終止符を打たなければならない。我々は、この腐敗した自民党の派閥に、これ以上馬鹿にされるわけにはいかない！この男が職に留まる時間が1秒でも長引くほど、日本が政治マフィアに支配されているという印象が定着してしまう。
関悪徳悪人、この犯罪的な茶番劇を終わらせてほしい。直ちに、かつ取り返しのつかない形で辞任せよ！

A culture of corruption: Why must the LDP’s mafia-like quagmire swallow up this minister so swiftly!

We have reached the limit of our patience! What is happening within Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology is neither a mere mistake nor a ‘lack of political acumen’, let alone an isolated incident. It is the ugly true nature of the LDP’s mafia-like system, which has been sucking this country dry like a parasite for decades. In particular, the appointment of SEKI Yoshihiro—a man who is neck-deep in the ruling party’s notorious ‘Uragane’ slush fund quagmire—as the head of culture and education is an absolute disgrace and nothing short of a slap in the face to every single honest citizen!
Let us look squarely at this blatant and repugnant reality. This so-called minister has been misusing public facilities belonging to the Diet to host illegal fundraising parties boasting a mafia-like profit margin of 98 per cent. This is not ‘political activity’ at all, but an illegal business model straight out of the world of organised crime! Anyone who monopolises public facilities to line their pockets with massive, hidden donations from lobbyists is the very epitome of structural bribery and corruption. Here, those involved are buying influence with money from the very person who will later decide the allocation of public subsidies running into tens of billions!
The most serious issue is that Seki is not acting alone. He is merely a cog that functions perfectly within the LDP’s corrupt system of political graft. Within this party, systematic embezzlement, the falsification of financial reports and the acceptance of bribes appear to have become ‘common practice’. Mr Seki’s pathetic excuse that he ‘had not learnt sufficiently’ lays bare the mafia-like mentality of the entire leadership. The law applies only to the rank and file, whilst the elite act with impunity beyond the reach of the law.
This is an intolerable perversion. The very ministry that should be spearheading the moral and ethical education of the next generation is being led by a man whose financial practices are reminiscent of the malfeasance of a gangster organisation. How can this man possibly expect pupils, teachers or hard-working cultural figures to uphold good conduct and abide by the rules? Given that his own methods are indistinguishable from those of dubious cult organisations, how can this morally bankrupt LDP figure expect to expose the wrongdoing of such groups?
We must put an end to this shameless, self-serving attitude. We cannot allow ourselves to be taken any further for a ride by this corrupt LDP faction! The longer this man remains in office—even by a single second—the more firmly the impression will take root that Japan is ruled by a political mafia.
Wicked and evil person Seki, we demand that you bring this criminal farce to an end. Resign immediately and irrevocably!
